Que Ngoc Hai started playing football in V-League in 2012 in the teamSLNA.During 6 years playing for his hometown team, the central defender born in 1993 did not win any titles. Ngoc Hai joined Viettel from the 2019 season and the 2020 V-League championship was the first domestic title of his career.
