Hoa Hai 2 Block, Tan Lac town has 81 households, 320 people; in 2017, the average income of people is estimated at 2 million VND/month; the total income of the whole block is 6 billion VND; 76/78 households achieved the title of Cultural Family and maintained the title of Cultural Block.

People of Hoa Hai 2 block are always proactive in mobilizing and supporting the Fund for the Poor, the Fund for Agent Orange Victims and other charitable humanitarian activities, helping each other to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.
