Nghe An College of Education opens new school year

In the 2018-2019 school year, Nghe An College of Education has more than 200 new students in both college and intermediate levels, reaching nearly 93% of the assigned enrollment target. Entering the new school year, the school principal expressed his gratitude to the students who have chosen Nghe An College of Education as a place to study and train.

In the new learning environment, the principal also wants students to be creative, dynamic, and make every effort in studying and training to become qualified teachers with knowledge to meet the requirements of society.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong acknowledged the efforts of the school in the past time. With a tradition of nearly 60 years of construction and development, he hoped that in the 2018-2019 school year, the school would thoroughly grasp the policies of the province and the industry; continue to select and implement the most practical contents in Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization.

At the opening ceremony, authorized by the Prime Minister, Comrade Le Minh Thong presented a Certificate of Merit to Mr. Le Quang Son - Head of the Department of Physical Education and Athletics; presented a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 2 groups and 2 individuals for their outstanding achievements in education and training.

On this occasion, Nghe An Pedagogical College and a number of organizations and businesses presented 25 gifts to 25 students with difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies.
