University gives poor students free food, drinks and supplies
That is the Sharing Corner of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education - where poor students can come to eat and use free things.
Mr. Do Van Dung, Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education, said that the Sharing Corner was established by the school's students from many different regions, many of whom are in difficult circumstances.
"For many students, every day they go to class is a day full of worries for their parents. For many students, every day they go to class is an incomplete day of joy because their minds are absorbed in lectures, diligently studying science, but their stomachs are growling with hunger... Therefore, this small corner was established to share the difficulties with students."
