Nghe An University of Economics organizes Job Fair and awards graduation certificates

Speaking at the 2023 Job Fair and Closing Ceremony, awarding Graduation Certificates to students of the first batch of 2023, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu-The school principal affirmed: Training to meet standards and social needs is the top task, goal and development requirement of training institutions nationwide, including Nghe An University of Economics.

Despite many difficulties and challenges, the school not only maintains its training activities but also develops and expands new majors in line with the trends of the times, the recruitment needs and economic development of the province, the region and the whole country. The school currently has 11 majors; the rate of students having jobs after 1 year of graduation is over 93%...

The 2023 Job Fair is a bridge to help students have the opportunity to meet and grasp information about the recruitment needs of businesses and employers; contributing to improving knowledge of the labor market, competitiveness and finding job opportunities suitable to students' abilities and majors. At the fair, representatives of companies and businesses introduced and shared information related to jobs and studying abroad in countries such as the US, Germany, Australia, etc.

Among the units and enterprises participating in the Job Fair, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone forecasts that there will be a need for about 80,000 workers (in the period of 2023-2025). The cooperating units also hope that the School will grasp and monitor the training needs of enterprises to have a training plan; at the same time, equip students with some professional working skills, perseverance, patience; carefulness, accuracy; and the ability to work in groups to have more opportunities to find jobs in the future.

Nghe An University of Economics has signed cooperation agreements with 8 enterprises including: Free and Open Source Software Club (VFOSSA); We Study Education Consulting Company Limited; VPS Securities Joint Stock Company; Aviation Training and Coaching Center; LunchWme Technology Joint Stock Company; Gostream Technology Joint Stock Company; Blueline Solutions Company Limited, Nghe An Branch; RedSand Technology Development Joint Stock Company.

Also on this occasion, Nghe An University of Economics recognized the graduation of 200 students, including 7 students with excellent achievements and comprehensive excellence.
