Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted summarizes the 2024-2025 school year
On the afternoon of May 28, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted held a closing ceremony for the 2024-2025 school year, rewarding teachers and students for their achievements in teaching and learning.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thanh Hien - Member of the Central Education Promotion Association Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Education Promotion Association; Vo Van Mai - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors and units in the province.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the teaching staff,pupil Phan Boi Chau High School for the Giftedhas successfully completed the teaching and learning tasks. The school has built a healthy and safe educational environment; maintained a good teaching and learning movement, and increasingly improved the quality of comprehensive education.
In this school year, students of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted have achieved many proud achievements. In the provincial excellent student competition for grade 12, the school's students won 451 prizes, including 65 first prizes. In the national excellent student competition, the school had 96 students winning prizes, including 9 first prizes, 29 second prizes, 37 third prizes and 21 encouragement prizes.
Notably, at regional and international competitions, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted had 7 students competing, winning 2 Gold Medals and 2 Silver Medals. The school had 1 student entering the final round of the World Artificial Intelligence Olympiad held in early June 2025; 1 student is a member of the European Physics Olympiad Team competing in June 2025 in Bulgaria; 1 student is a member of the International Mathematical Olympiad Team competing in July 2025 in Australia.
In addition, many students have won high prizes in other intellectual playgrounds such as science and technology innovation competitions; artificial intelligence competitions...
At the ceremony, on behalf of his authority, Comrade Bui Dinh Long awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to teacher Nguyen Thi Giang Chi - Vice Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and teacher Ngo Thi Thu Hien - Head of the Literature Subject Team; and awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to teacher Le Van Tu - Chemistry subject teacher.
On behalf of the delegation, Meritorious Teacher Vo Nhu Mai - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training to two teachers Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan and Pham Thanh Le for their outstanding achievements in management, teaching and learning.
