Quickly arrest the group of subjects "Debt bankrupt and reckless" plotting to rob property

On January 26, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward Police, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City received a report from Mr. PTP (born 2003; permanent resident of Tan Quy Ward, Tan Phu District) stating: At about 11:20 p.m. on January 25, in front of address 265/17, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward, District 12, when Mr. P. was letting a customer check his phone to make a purchase transaction, he was suddenly sprayed pepper spray in the face from behind by a subject, then the subject rode his bicycle causing Mr. P. to fall. After that, the two subjects quickly escaped from the scene.
Urgently deploying forces to investigate, at 6:00 a.m. on January 27, District 12 Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department, Binh Thanh District Police, Binh Thuan Province Police and Binh Duong Province Police to arrest all four criminals who were hiding in many localities.
These four subjects include: Tran Quoc Viet (born in 1998; permanent resident of Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province), Tran Duy Thien Tan (born in 1995; permanent resident of Ward 7, District 8; currently residing in Binh Tri Dong B ward, Binh Tan district), Nguyen Tran Thanh Phuong (born in 2004; permanent resident of Cam Thuy district, Thanh Hoa province; currently residing in Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province), Nguyen Ngoc Thien (born in 1999; permanent resident of Phu Thuong ward, Hue city).
At the police station, the suspects confessed that they searched for the group “Debt Bankruptcy” on social media and got to know each other; then they lured and enticed others who intended to rob property to commit the crime together.
The subjects search the internet for posts about selling assets such as phones, motorbikes, etc., then contact and arrange a meeting at a location prepared in advance. When the victim arrives to deliver the goods, they assign specific roles: the subject approaches and acts as the customer, making the victim unprepared; the remaining subjects will use pepper spray to attack the victim and quickly seize the victim's property.
After escaping, the subjects will throw away the SIM cards, delete all chat and agreement content and hide in different places.
Currently, District 12 Police are continuing to consolidate evidence, coordinate with the Criminal Police Department and local police to expand the investigation, track down all related subjects, and strictly handle them according to the law.
