Binh used a knife to cut the plastic sheeting on the roof and used his hand to pull the door open to break in. Binh used a knife to pry open the drawers containing gold, silver and phones, stealing some property, specifically: 7 phones of the Iphone, Samsung, Oppo brands and many gold and silver necklaces, gold rings, gold bracelets.
After that, Binh put the stolen property in a bag and went to National Highway 1A, got in a taxi and went to Vinh city to find a place to sell it. When he reached Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district, Binh thought that selling it in Vinh city would be easy to be discovered, so he got out of the car and tried to find a way to take the gold to Hanoi to sell.
Binh changed to 2 taxis to travel back to Hanoi. When arriving in Hanoi, Binh sold all the assets at 3 shops for a total of 108,300,000 VND (one hundred and eight million, three hundred thousand VND) and only kept 2 rings and 1 gold necklace for his own use.
