Wanted subject for forging many documents to apply for medical practice certificates
Nguyen Ngoc Diep (born in 1982) forged 6 certificates of practice and 2 notices of contract termination from hospitals to apply for a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment for a doctor.

During the investigation, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department determined that Nguyen Ngoc Diep (born in 1982; permanent resident of Tan Phu hamlet, Tan Dan commune, Dam Doi district, Ca Mau province) had forged 6 certificates of practice and 2 notices of contract termination from District 12, District 3, District 2 Hospitals and Van Hanh General Hospital to submit applications for a certificate of practice of medical examination and treatment for doctors at the Department of Health of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province and the Department of Health of Dong Nai province.
Currently, Nguyen Ngoc Diep has left his place of residence, it is unknown where he is going or what he is doing.

On April 18, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency issued a decision to prosecute Nguyen Ngoc Diep for the crime of "Forgery of documents of agencies and organizations".
On April 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency issued Wanted Decision No. 41527 /QĐTN-CSKT-Đ3 for Nguyen Ngoc Diep (residence before fleeing: 75/20 Nguyen Cuu Van, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).
