Duc Anh Company has a business location at No. 5, Lane 178, Tay Son Street, Hanoi.

According to the indictment, on April 8, 2020, Hanoi Police coordinated with the City Market Management Department to inspect compliance with the law in trading medical supplies and equipment for Duc Anh Company.
At the time of inspection, the company's employees were packing protective clothing that showed signs of counterfeiting protective clothing from Phuc Ha Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Phuc Ha Company) and Quang Trung Printing and Trading Services Company Limited (Quang Trung Company).
Verification results show that, despite knowing that the State strictly prohibits the production, trade, and circulation of counterfeit goods, due to greed, from January to April 2020, Binh and his accomplices purchased separate protective clothing sets, printed fake labels of Phuc Ha Company and Quang Trung Company.
The Deputy Director of Duc Anh Company directed employees to package and label complete protective clothing and sell it for illegal profit.
There are 14,587 counterfeit protective clothing sets, equivalent to genuine goods worth more than 1 billion VND.
Of which, the fake Phuc Ha company label is 4,285 sets (equivalent to real goods worth nearly 720 million), the fake Quang Trung company label is 10,302 sets (equivalent to real goods worth 365 million).
Of the 4,285 sets of fake protective clothing branded with Phuc Ha company, Binh and his accomplices sold 2,970 sets to 7 individuals and organizations, the rest were discovered and confiscated before they could be sold.
Defendant Truong Thi Binh is said to be the mastermind, directly committing the crime. La Van Thi and Nguyen Duc Viet Anh are accomplices.

Hoang Van Toi was accused by the Procuracy of selling 4,000 fake protective clothing sets of Phuc Ha Company (equivalent to the real value of 672 million VND) to Truong Thi Binh for Binh to resell for profit.
