Around May 2017, Mr. Nguyen Quang T. (born in 1972, residing in Ninh Giang district, Hai Duong province), whose daughter had just graduated from a college, majoring in accounting, also came to Soi's house to have her fortune told a couple of times and went to the temple with Soi. Hearing Soi say that he could get his daughter an accounting position at Thai Binh Thermal Power Plant for 200 million VND, Mr. T gave Soi the documents and 30 million VND to help her.
However, when the appointment was made and his daughter still had not been accepted, Mr. T. asked Soi, Soi lied and said she had an accounting position in the police force and would start working two months later but the cost would be 500 million VND.
Believing in the sweet words, Mr. T. continued to give Soi 20 million VND to take care of his child. Time after time, the child still did not go to work, and Soi still answered evasively.
Asking around the neighbors, surprised to realize the true face of the "female monster" who specializes in fraud, with 3 criminal records, Mr. Nguyen Quang T. wrote a petition to the police.
During the investigation, the police determined that Bui Thi Soi had committed "Fraudulent appropriation of property" and decided to prosecute the case immediately afterwards.
The case is currently under further investigation by the police./.
