During the inspection, there were 31 people, including 14 customers and 17 bar staff, dressed in revealing clothes.
On the evening of November 13, the Drug Crime Investigation Department of Hanoi City Police announced that it had dismantled a group illegally storing and using drugs in a karaoke bar that was operating without permission.

At the time of the inspection, the interdisciplinary task force discovered that 3/5 of the bar's karaoke rooms were operating with loud music for dozens of people illegally using drugs. During the inspection, there were a total of 31 people, including 14 customers and 17 scantily clad bar staff.
Police seized 19 white crystalline nylon bags weighing 16.219 grams of ketamine and 19.659 grams of MDMA. In addition, there was 1 electronic scale, 3 ceramic plates contaminated with ketamine and many related objects.

At the police agency, through the investigation and classification, 27/31 subjects tested positive for synthetic drugs. Initially, the roles of each subject, including managers, restaurant staff and drug users, were clarified. Based on the collected documents, the investigation agency issued emergency arrest warrants and emergency detention warrants for 15 subjects for organizing illegal drug use. In particular, Nguyen Ngoc Phuong (owner of the restaurant) was identified as the mastermind. The case is currently being clarified./.
