Attending the Congress were: Senior Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Tran Van Hung - Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; representatives of the Youth Union Executive Committees of agencies and units in the province... and 137 delegates from grassroots youth organizations under the Provincial Military Command. |
During the 2012 - 2017 term, the Youth Union work and youth movement of the Provincial Military Command have developed comprehensively in both breadth and depth, truly becoming the core and vanguard force in carrying out the political tasks of the agency and unit.

The Congress elected delegates to attend the Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province, including 4 official comrades and 1 alternate comrade, for the 2017-2022 term.
On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union also awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 4 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the Youth Union and youth movement in the period 2012 - 2017.
