Tan Ky Youth enthusiastically participates in summer volunteer activities 2016

(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the 2016 Summer Volunteer Campaign, Tan Ky district youth organized many exciting and meaningful activities.

The District Youth Union Standing Committee has directed the organization of many district-level youth projects and environmental sanitation campaigns, attracting a large number of union members and young people to participate. Currently, 100% of the Youth Union bases are actively organizing activities with youth projects and tasks.

Tan Ky District Youth Union put up signs to prevent drowning in ponds and lakes at risk of drowning.

As of June 20, 23 signs have been installed in the entire district. It is expected that in the coming time, Tan Ky district will have more than 65 signs warning of drowning accidents implemented by the Youth Union. In addition, the grassroots Youth Unions have also strengthened propaganda and training on drowning prevention for children, established shock teams to regularly inspect places at risk of drowning, and opened swimming classes.

The activities of Tan Ky district youth have created a positive impression in society, creating a premise for the following activities, especially in the peak month of the summer volunteer campaign and are the driving force for the work of the Union and the youth movement of the district to continue to develop in the coming time.
