The Hoa Tay block Party cell, under the Thach Giam town Party Committee (Tuong Duong), has 62 party members, 15 party members exempted from activities (5 party members work far away), and 47 party members participating in monthly activities.

Long Giang Party Cell, Thanh Long Commune Party Committee, Thanh Chuong District has 73 party members, including 72 official party members and 01 probationary party member; 34 party members are exempted from party activities, 15 party members work far away, 47 party members over 60 years old, 26 party members from 30 to under 60 years old, 26 party members under 30 years old, 50 comrades were awarded party badges of various types. At the meeting, the Party cell fully and sequentially carried out the contents according to the proposed program. A number of documents of the Central, the province and the district were disseminated; a number of new points in Regulation No. 24-QD/TW, dated July 30, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter and Instruction No. 01-HD/TW, dated September 28, 2021 of the Secretariat on a number of specific issues on the implementation of the Party Charter. During the Party cell meeting, 8 Party members expressed their opinions with a spirit of frankness, responsibility and enthusiasm. Party members all highly appreciated the role of the Party cell in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks, including doing a good job of ideological work, propaganda, and mobilizing cadres, Party members and people to well implement a number of policies, especially the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. Some Party members expressed their concerns and worries about the current situation of the Party cell, which is that the number of Party members with seniority accounts for a large proportion, and many young Party members work far away, so the Party Committee and Party cell need to have solutions to discover sources, train and foster to recruit Party members, develop the Party members, and build a strong Party cell.

At the end of the meeting, the Party cell voted to evaluate the quality of the Party cell's activities with a result of 92 points; the Working Group of the District Party Committee evaluated and discussed some contents that needed to be added in the model meeting so that the units could learn from experience and effectively implement Regulation No. 08-QD/TU.
