Ukrainian general talks about new breakthrough plan through Kerch Strait
A new attempt to send Ukrainian warships through the Kerch Strait will be “more thoroughly prepared,” former Ukrainian intelligence lieutenant general Vasily Bogdan said in an interview with the Faktam news agency.

"This time we will be accompanied by NATO and OSCE ships. There are such agreements," he said.
Bogdan also expressed confidence that Moscow would have to allow Ukrainian ships to pass through the strait, as they did not want to "aggravate the situation".
However, the Ukrainian general could not specify the timing of the next action. "Everything has its time," Bogdan commented.
