Vietnam women's team joins hands to help families of victims of mini apartment fire
Before leaving for Hangzhou (China) to attend the 19th Asian Games, the Vietnamese women's team joined hands to help the families of the victims of the mini apartment fire.
On the morning of September 17, goalkeeper Tran Thi Kim Thanh, center back Le Thi Diem My, and striker Pham Hai Yen representedVietnam women's teamto the Fatherland Front Committee of Khuong Dinh ward (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) to hand over 40 million VND.
This is a very meaningful action, showing the heart and spirit of sharing of coach Mai Duc Chung and his students towards the families of the victims of the mini apartment fire that caused great consequences in Hanoi.

Currently, the Vietnamese women's team is actively preparing for the 19th Asiad. The team will leave for Hangzhou (China) on September 19.
Regarding the squad, coach Mai Duc Chung has just had to say goodbye to young striker Vu Thi Hoa due to an ankle injury. In addition, striker Huynh Nhu will not be able to join the Vietnamese team at the 19th Asiad.
At the 19th Asian Games, the Vietnamese women's team is in Group D with Nepal, Bangladesh and Japan. This group is considered relatively easy for coach Mai Duc Chung's team as they are only rated lower than Japan.
