High profit clean bean composting in Anh Son

Ms. Tran Thi Hoai said that to produce clean bean products of good quality, the bean selection stage is the most important.

Ms. Tran Thi Hoan said: To make clean bean sprouts, the selection of raw materials must be precise. The green beans must be firm and even, especially the watering water must be clean well water, no stimulants used during soaking and watering. Then, soak the green beans in water for about 3 hours, then take them out, rinse again, and let them drain.

The beans selected for fermentation are native green beans, grown on the Lam River alluvial plain.

You can use a jar or a barrel to put the mung beans in. When fermenting, you can cover it with a layer of soft cloth or bamboo leaves. The barrel or jar has small holes punched in the bottom to drain water. Water it 4-5 times a day. The fermenting time is about 4-5 days to get the finished product. During the fermenting process, you must absolutely avoid direct sunlight and rain on the fermenting barrel to prevent the sprouts from aging.

Clean price, not too fat, long, has many roots, not succulent.

Therefore, bean sprout making is not a hard job but requires skill and carefulness. 1 kg of green beans will produce 7 kg of finished bean sprouts. On average, every day, Ms. Hoan's family sells 30 - 35 boxes of bean sprouts equivalent to 200 - 250 kg of clean bean sprouts. With the current selling price of 15 - 20,000 VND/kg, after deducting costs, the profit is over 15 million VND/month.

Ms. Hoan said: If the compost is clean, the bean sprouts will not be fat but long and have roots.
