High profit from clean bean composting in Anh Son

Ms. Tran Thi Hoan said: To make clean bean sprouts, the selection of raw materials must be precise. The green beans must be firm and even, especially the water used for irrigation must be clean well water, no stimulants used during soaking and irrigation. After that, soak the green beans in water for about 3 hours, then take them out, rinse them again, and let them drain.

You can use a jar or a bucket to put the mung beans in. When fermenting, you can cover it with a layer of soft cloth or bamboo leaves. The jar or bucket has small holes in the bottom to drain water. Water it 4-5 times a day. The fermenting time is about 4-5 days to produce the finished product. During the fermenting process, you must absolutely avoid direct sunlight and rain on the fermenting bucket to prevent the sprouts from aging.

On average, each day, Ms. Hoan's family sells 30 - 35 boxes of bean sprouts equivalent to 200 - 250 kg of clean bean sprouts. With the current selling price of 15 - 20,000 VND/kg, after deducting costs, the profit is over 15 million VND/month.
Ms. Hoan said: If the compost is clean, the bean sprouts will not be fat but long and have roots.
