U19 Myanmar was underestimated, so U19 Vietnam entered the match with the initiative. It only took 7 minutes for U19 Vietnam to break the deadlock after Van Truong scored.

It was not until the 33rd minute that the home team doubled their advantage thanks to striker Ngoc My. Of the two goals scored by U19 Vietnam, the one with the greatest contribution was Van Khang, as the captain had two accurate assists for his teammates to score.

In the second half, U19 Vietnam continued to play proactively. However, Mr. Dinh The Nam's team had difficulty approaching the opponent's goal because U19 Myanmar played close, not creating much space to easily coordinate like in the first half.

Winning 2-0, U19 Vietnam temporarily took the lead in the group when in the previous match, U19 Thailand and U19 Malaysia held each other to a 0-0 draw.

Hai Phong played Da Nang without being allowed to welcome spectators. The team at Lach Tray Stadium was punished for allowing fans onto the pitch, spitting and threatening to beat the referee in the 3-1 win over Binh Dinh on July 19.

However, some home team fans tried to climb the fence into the field to watch the match at Lach Tray Stadium on August 5.

Security forces immediately arrived to ask the fans to leave. But according to the rules, they were allowed to stand outside the fence to watch the match. These fans persisted in watching the whole match even though from their angle they could not see the situations on the field clearly.

Da Nang started well, dominating possession. But in the 23rd minute, Cong Nhat made a mistake and lost the ball. Chau Ngoc Quang fought with Da Nang player number 22, won the ball and passed it to Rimario. Ngoc Quang received the return pass from his teammate, curled the ball against the crossbar and into the net. Ngoc Quang's only goal helped Hai Phong gain 17 points, moving up to third place.

Premier League applies new offside rule

Under the old rules, if a player from the team that conceded a goal deliberately played the ball and sent it to the opponent's goalscorer, the goal would be awarded even if the scorer was in an offside position when the ball had touched the nearest teammate.

But according to the adjustment just approved by FIFA and the body in charge of drafting the law for this organization - the International Football Association Board (IFAB) - on July 28, "a player in an offside position will not be able to receive the ball legally in any case, even if the opponent moves and touches the ball".

In addition to the offside rule adjustment, the new Premier League season also has four other important changes.

Each team is allowed to make five substitutions, instead of the previous three, during a match. However, teams will only have three substitutions to make all five. This rule is intended to limit the amount of "dead ball" time during the match.

The Premier League will have its first long break in the middle of the season. The 2022 World Cup will take place in Qatar from November 21 to December 18, instead of the traditional summer, so the Premier League has to adjust the schedule so that players can participate in this highest level of international competition.

Each match will have 10 balls placed on the field to reduce dead time, put the ball into play as soon as possible, and avoid disrupting the rhythm. Accordingly, in addition to one ball in play, one spare ball, the remaining eight balls will be placed throughout the field such as along the touchline or behind the goal. Teams will therefore have to have at least 8 ball pickers. These people will have to make eye contact with the players before giving them the ball.

Goalkeepers will have to comply with new regulations regarding where to stand when taking penalties. Previously, goalkeepers stood well in front of the goal line. However, now, when the ball is kicked from the 11-meter mark, the goalkeeper must have at least one foot touching or placed behind the goal line.
