District People's Committee stole 1 gun and 150 million VND
Tien Yen District People's Committee, Quang Ninh Province, had 150 million VND and a gun stolen. The camera system was disabled.
Tien Yen District Chairman Truong Cong Ngan said the theft happened early yesterday morning.

Several rooms were broken into by the thief, including the rooms of the district leaders. The largest amount of money stolen was 100 million VND kept in the safe of the Finance and Planning Department. Money was also stolen from all other rooms, in total the thief took 150 million VND and a gun.
The Tien Yen District People's Committee reported the incident to the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee. Through initial investigation, the provincial police determined that before breaking into the district People's Committee headquarters, the thief had cut off the power supply, causing the camera system to not work.
The incident is being investigated by the authorities.
