The content of the dispatch stated: Nghe An Electronic Newspaper on September 26, 2016 had an article "Many concerns at ferry terminals", reflecting on concerns at ferry terminals, limited facilities, and unsafe conditions.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien requested: The Department of Transport shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize, inspect and review the above reflection content of Nghe An Electronic Newspaper; if correct, resolutely handle violations and prohibit departure of waterway passenger transport vehicles that do not meet safety conditions; request to report the results of inspection and handling to the Provincial People's Committee before October 16, 2016.
