Ukraine disagrees on bill to release Ms. Tymoshenko
During an extraordinary session on November 13, the Ukrainian Parliament failed to reach consensus on a bill to release imprisoned former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
This session is seen as a decisive factor in reaching an agreement with the European Union (EU).

The meeting is expected to be Kiev's last chance to release Ms Tymoshenko ahead of a key summit later this November.
The session ended with boos from lawmakers after a parliamentary working group from the ruling Party of Regions and the opposition failed to agree on the bill, Ukrainian parliament speaker Volodymyr Rybak announced.
