Also participating in the working delegation were comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Traffic Safety Committee of Nghe An province; representatives of the Department of Transport of Nghe An province.

At the victims' families, the working delegation visited and shared the pain of losing loved ones of the victims' families in this accident; encouraged and hoped that the families would overcome the pain and immediate difficulties to continue to stabilize their lives.

There were two other people in the car, Le Dinh Anh (born in 1983, residing in Nho Tan hamlet, Thanh Nho commune) and Le Dinh Quyet (born in 1976, residing in Nho Xuan hamlet, Thanh Nho commune, Thanh Chuong district). The accident left five people dead, four of whom fell into the Giang river, while Dao Van Nam died while on the way to the emergency room.
