From March 2 to 4, 2020, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Commission held its 43rd meeting. Comrade Tran Cam Tu - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission chaired the meeting.

At this Session, the Central Inspection Commission (CICC) reviewed and concluded the following contents:
1. Regarding inspection when there are signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate
- The Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate violated the Working Regulations, loosened leadership and direction, lacked inspection and supervision, allowing many violations and shortcomings in personnel work, in management and education of cadres and party members, and in performing professional tasks, allowing a number of cadres and party members to degrade in ethics and lifestyle, violate the law, and accept bribes during the inspection process in Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc province, causing very serious consequences.
- Comrade Pham Gia Yen, former Party Committee Secretary, former Chief Inspector and Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Party Committee Secretary, Chief Inspector are primarily responsible for the violations and shortcomings of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate; Comrade Vu Chi Cuong, Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Anti-Corruption Department and Comrade Bui Anh Tuan, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Supervision, Inspection and Post-Inspection Handling are responsible as the head when the unit has cadres and party members who violate the law and personal responsibility in performing assigned duties and tasks.
- Comrades Nguyen Thi Kim Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Anti-Corruption Department; Dang Hai Anh, officer of Construction Inspection Department 2; Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, officer of Construction Inspection Department 3 seriously violated Party regulations and State laws during the inspection process in Vinh Tuong district.
The violations of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate for the 2015-2020 term and the above-mentioned comrades have negatively affected the reputation of the Party organization, the Ministry of Construction and the Inspectorate, causing outrage in society, to the point of requiring disciplinary action.

Considering the content, nature, level and consequences of the violation; based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against Party organizations and Party members,
- The Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term, Comrade Le Thanh Hai, former Politburo member, former Secretary of the City Party Committee and Comrade Le Hoang Quan, former Party Central Committee member, former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the City People's Committee; proposed that the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee discipline the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term.
- The Central Inspection Commission decided to discipline comrade Nguyen Thi Hong, former member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee, former Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee.
- The violations of comrade Nguyen Van Dua, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and comrade Vu Hung Viet, former member of the City Party Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, were serious enough to require disciplinary action in the form of reprimand, but the statute of limitations for disciplinary action according to Party regulations had expired.
3. Consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Kon Tum Provincial Border Guard and a number of related individuals.
- The Standing Committee of the Kon Tum Provincial Border Guard Party Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism and Working Regulations; lax leadership and direction, lacked inspection and supervision, allowing a number of violations and shortcomings to occur in the performance of political tasks.
- Colonel A Mien, Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar, is primarily responsible for the violations and shortcomings of the Party Committee Standing Committee; Colonel Pham Ngoc Phu, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Commander, is jointly responsible for the violations and shortcomings of the Party Committee Standing Committee, primarily responsible for the violations and shortcomings of the Kon Tum Provincial Border Guard Command, and personally responsible for the performance of assigned duties and tasks.
Considering the content, nature, level and consequences of the violation; based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against Party organizations and Party members, the Central Inspection Commission decided to discipline Comrade A Mien and Comrade Pham Ngoc Phu in the form of reprimand; propose the Standing Committee of Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee to discipline the Standing Committee of the Kon Tum Provincial Border Guard Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
4.Also at this session, the Central Inspection Commission considered and resolved 02 cases of party disciplinary complaints and decided on a number of other important contents.
