The technical and design features of the "Karakurt" predetermined the tactics used in combat. A small fleet of these ships, taking advantage of their compact size and stealth technology, was able to secretly approach the target, attack with missiles and quickly escape. In the West, similar tactics were called "Hit an Run".

And "Karakurt" can attack as it pleases. Three ships of this class will not be inferior to larger enemy ships, for example, the American cruiser "Ticonderoga" armed with Tomahawk cruise missiles. But one such cruiser costs a billion dollars. For this amount, it is possible to build about 30 "Karakurt". And such a "flock" can "bite" even an aircraft carrier strike group!
