At about 12:10 on June 11,carContainer with license plate number: 37 C-325.19 (identity unknown) was driving on National Highway 1A, Vinh City bypass, in the South - North direction. When arriving at the intersection of Cau Mung - Hung Nguyen town, Vinh City bypassthen suddenly collided with a car with license plate 501.77 driven by Mr. Tran Van Duong, in Hung Tien (Hung Nguyen) traveling on 12/9 street.
