Collision with corn truck, husband died, wife seriously injured
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 26, the Nghia Binh Commune Government (Tan Ky) announced that a serious accident had just occurred in the area, resulting in 2 casualties.
Accordingly, at around 6:30 p.m. the same day, Mr. Bui Van Sy (born in 1979) drove his wife, Ms. Vu Thi Nhung (born in 1978), both residing in Hamlet 16, Nghia Loc Commune (Nghia Dan) on a motorbike with license plate 37 K2 - 6466 in the direction of Tan Ky - Nghia Dan.
When arriving at hamlet 9, Nghia Binh commune (along Ho Chi Minh trail), it collided with a corn truck traveling in the same direction (license plate unknown).

The impact was so strong that the motorbike fell into a nearby ditch and was completely destroyed. The couple was hit hard by the back of the truck. The husband died on the spot, the wife was seriously injured, breaking her right arm.
After the accident, local people quickly took Ms. Nhung to the Nghia Binh Commune Health Station for emergency treatment. After first aid, Ms. Nhung was transferred by the Commune Health Station directly to the District Health Center.
Tan Ky district police were present at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
