Obviously, Nguyen Danh Dung's actions and deeds have taken advantage of freedom of speech, freedom of the press and other democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and citizens, seriously violating Article 258 of the Penal Code, which stipulates the crime of "Taking advantage of democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and citizens": "1. Anyone who takes advantage of the rights to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of belief, religion, freedom of assembly, association and other democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and citizens shall be subject to a warning, non-custodial reform for up to three years or imprisonment from six months to three years. 2.
