Transporting 3 kg of crystal meth for a salary of 10 million VND
Hoang Thi Thoa confessed that someone hired her to transport the above drugs from Mong Cai to Hai Phong for 10 million VND.

At 4:00 p.m. on June 17, on Provincial Road 359C, in the area of Bach Dang 2 residential group, Nui Deo town, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city, the Drug Crime Investigation Team, District Police in coordination with the Drug Crime Investigation Department of City Police (PC47) discovered and caught red-handed Hoang Thi Thoa, 45 years old, currently residing in village 8, Tam Hung commune, Thuy Nguyen district, illegally transporting 9 plastic bags containing 2,846.55 grams of crystal meth.
At the investigation agency, Hoang Thi Thoa confessed: Through social networks, Thoa met a subject residing in Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province. On the afternoon of June 16, Thoa agreed to transport the above amount of crystal meth to Hai Phong for 10 million VND.
After that, she took a bus to Mong Cai City, received the drugs, bought tape, wrapped 7 bags around her body, put the remaining 2 bags in her bag, checked out, took a bus to Hai Phong, and was arrested before she could contact to deliver the goods.
