According to the conclusion of the inspection team, the posting of administrative procedures at the one-stop transaction center is quite complete; the communes and wards have also issued working regulations for the 2016 - 2021 term. However, it is still stereotyped; the regulations on office culture have not been amended in accordance with the spirit of Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Directive 26 of the Prime Minister.
In addition, through inspection, the working group also discovered that some civil servants and public employees still violated office culture such as smoking in the office; not wearing civil servant badges during working hours; some agencies and units have not yet developed specific work plans for each quarter, month and week... These are shortcomings that need to be promptly corrected by agency heads to improve the efficiency and quality of work of each individual and unit./.
