2018 National U13 Finals: SLNA excellently entered the quarterfinals 1 round early

In the first round, U13 SLNA easily won against U13 Viettel with a score of 4-1. In the second round, U13 SLNA continued to win 1-0 against U13 Dong Nai, thereby officially winning a ticket to the quarter-finals one round early.

The final match of the group stage between U13 SLNA and U13 SHB Da Nang took place on July 9. As U13 SLNA had already reached the quarter-finals and U13 SHB Da Nang had been eliminated after losing two matches, yesterday afternoon's match was just a formality and the two teams drew 0-0.

Thus, at the end of the group stage, U13 SLNA got 7 points to top Group C and U13 Dong Nai ranked second with 4 points. With the same points as U13 Dong Nai, U13 Viettel ranked third due to losing on goal difference and SHB Da Nang ranked last in Group C.

According to the results from groups A and B, all 3 teams in group C, SLNA, Dong Nai and Viettel, have entered the quarter-finals of the tournament. U13 SLNA will meet U13 Quang Nam - the 3rd ranked team in group B.

The quarter-final match between U13 SLNA and U13 Quang Nam will take place at 3:30 p.m. on July 11, at the PVF Youth Football Training Center - Hung Yen. The final will take place on July 14.

Meanwhile, on July 8, the qualifying round of the National U15 Football Championship - Thai Son Bac Cup 2018 continued and U15 SLNA won 1-0 against U15 Thua Thien Hue with the only goal scored by Dinh Xuan Tien. Thus, after 3 matches, SLNA is ranked first with 6 points (SLNA has only played 2 matches).

In the next match, U15 SLNA will meet U15 SHB Da Nang at 3:00 p.m. on July 10.
