After encountering someone who had a previous conflict and cursed at him, a 23-year-old man was chased and slashed by two young men, collapsing to death on Phu Dinh street.

Phu confessed that he had previously had a conflict with Tran Trung Tuyen (23 years old). On the afternoon of October 12, he was walking with a friend on Phu Dinh Street when he encountered Tuyen. Hearing his opponent cursing at him, Phu told his friend to chase after him, forced him to fall off his bike, and then pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim.
Many people ran to see the young man lying there, gasping for breath, with a wound on his back and a lot of blood loss. A moment later, he died.
After committing the crime, Phu ran to the bridge on Ben Me Coc Street (District 8) and threw the knife. Knowing that the victim was dead, the suspect went to the police to present himself.
On the afternoon of October 14, Phu was escorted to a canal to recover the murder weapon. Police are investigating the actions of the person accompanying Phu.
