Violating fire prevention and fighting regulations, 3 establishments in Nghe An were fined 205 million VND
Three establishments in Nghe An were fined a total of VND205 million for putting the project into use without a written approval of the results of fire prevention and fighting tests.
On January 24, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Bui Thanh An, signed a Decision to impose administrative penalties on 3 establishments in the province. All 3 units have put the project into operation without approval of the results of fire prevention and fighting acceptance from the competent authority.
Specifically, Song Tien Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company (located in Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City) put the agricultural market west of Vinh Market into operation without a written approval of fire prevention and fighting from the authorities. This company was fined 80 million VND.
Hoang Gia Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company (address 4B, Phan Boi Chau Street, Vinh City) also put into use the 6th and 7th floors of Asia Hotel without approval of the fire prevention and fighting test results. This company was fined 80 million VND.
The individual business household of Mr. PVB (Hamlet 7, Xuan Thap Commune, Dien Chau District) put the mat weaving workshop into operation without a written approval of fire prevention and fighting inspection from the competent authority. Mr. PVB was fined 45 million VND.
In addition to paying fines, these companies and business households are also required to conduct fire prevention and fighting acceptance tests according to the provisions of Article 38, Decree No. 144/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government.
