At the same time, they promoted the role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, self-management groups, and went to large livestock raising households to propagate and mobilize them to implement the policy.

Thanks to good propaganda work, especially effective oral propaganda, up to now, in Nghi Hoa, hundreds of households have invested money to build biogas tanks to overcome environmental pollution in livestock farming as per the policy of the local Party Committee and government."

Nghi Hoa commune Party Committee has developed a specialized Resolution on the regulations on the operation of oral propaganda work for leadership and direction. The Party Committee has regulations and regulations on current affairs information, and every month, it develops a work plan and schedule for implementation.

To improve the quality and effectiveness of oral propaganda work, the Party Committee has first of all paid attention to selecting and building a team of oral propaganda reporters to promote the advantages of this special propaganda method. In addition, the Party Committee maintains the working regime and the reporting regime of current information through monthly and quarterly meetings, extended conferences, dissemination of the Resolution and preliminary summaries of mass organizations. Reporters all include important information on policies for propaganda. Through handling petitions, direct dialogue with the people and contacting voters, oral propaganda work is also coordinated and implemented effectively.

In particular, to implement the policy in daily life, the Party Committee has a policy of assigning Party members, cadres and civil servants to work in specific hamlets to consolidate the political system at the grassroots level. Many commune and hamlet cadres still visit each household every day, choosing the time when the people are at home to propagate and guide.

The actual results are that each year, on average, the Party Committee conducts 9-10 Party meetings and 8-9 news dissemination sessions, with a participation rate of over 95% among Party members. In addition, the Party Committee pays attention to and effectively organizes information for the masses, with an average of 4-5 meetings per year. “Each direct meeting with the people is an opportunity to explain to the people the issues that they are most concerned about, which are the Party's policies, the State's policies and laws, and the local political tasks. At the same time, we can grasp the people's legitimate aspirations and aspirations to propose appropriate policies and strategies, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. Thereby, we can contribute to orienting public opinion, creating trust among Party members and the masses in the policies, guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and the State,” said Comrade Dang Van Tam, Party Secretary, Head of the Propaganda Department of Nghi Hoa Commune Party Committee.
