Vietnam has no new Covid-19 cases in the past 12 hours
To date, there have been 1,036 Covid-19 cases nationwide, including community-transmitted patients and imported cases.
As of 6 a.m. on August 28, Vietnam had 688 Covid-19 cases due to domestic infections, of which the number of new cases related to Da Nang from July 25 to now is 548.
Total number of people in close contact and entering from epidemic areas being monitored for health (quarantined): 69,485, of which:
- Concentrated quarantine at hospital: 1,466
- Centralized quarantine at other facilities: 18,200
- Quarantine at home or place of residence: 49,819
According to the report of the Treatment Subcommittee, National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control:
- Number of cases negative for SARS-CoV-2:
+ 1st time: 49
+ 2nd time: 47
+ 3rd time: 31
- Number of deaths: 30 cases.
- Number of cured cases: 637 cases./.
