A man drowned while retrieving a ball that fell into the river.

Nghia Khanh Commune People's Committee (Nghe An) said that at around 2:00 p.m. on February 20, at Ben Muoi, Nghia Khanh Commune, Nghia Dan, a child drowned and died.
The victim was Tran Van Duy (born 2008), from Ben Muoi hamlet, Nghia Khanh commune. The cause was determined to be when the three children were playing soccer near Ben Muoi river, the ball fell into the river, Duy went out to retrieve it but drowned.
At 7:00 p.m. the same day, Duy's body was recovered and handed over to his family and local authorities for burial according to custom.
