At the first Central Party Committee Conference in October 1930, the support department provided attentive service, ensured safety and confidentiality, and contributed to the great success of the conference. This was an important historical milestone marking the birth of the Party Office, and the Secretariat (9th tenure) approved October 18, 1930 as the Traditional Day of the Central Office and Offices of Party Committees at all levels.
In recent years, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Offices of Party Committees at all levels have undergone important changes. Party Committee offices and departments have been specifically and scientifically regulated in the direction of specialization; actively contributing to the innovation of content, leadership methods and working style, improving the effectiveness of Party Committee leadership, helping Party Committees comprehensively lead all movements; contributing to ensuring principles and organizing Party activities.

In particular, in 2013, the Provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with relevant departments and branches to prepare well the content of the 10-year summary of the implementation of Conclusion No. 20 of the Politburo, and at the same time drafted the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020. The documents were evaluated, commended, and recognized by the Politburo as being prepared seriously, thoughtfully, elaborately, and with good quality, serving the working session well. On that basis, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 26 - NQ/TW dated July 30, 2013 on the direction for the development of Nghe An province until 2020.
In 2015, the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term, the 18th Provincial Party Congress, and the 12th National Party Congress, the Provincial Party Committee Office, together with departments and branches, made important contributions to the success of the Congress. After the Congress, the Party Committee Offices at all levels are working with departments and branches to advise on the full-term work program and annual work program; concretize the Congress Resolution with programs and projects in various fields to gradually and successfully implement the goals set by the Congress.

To meet the requirements of the new period, the work of the Party Committee Office in the coming time must always closely follow the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees at all levels to advise and help Party Committees build and scientifically organize work programs to continuously improve the effectiveness of leadership and direction of Party Committees at all levels.
Innovate and improve the quality of general information work to help the Party Committee have accurate information, promptly detect new factors that need to be promoted, and deviations that need to be corrected; strengthen thematic information, have survey data, and analyze and make recommendations to help make leadership and direction more practical. Closely coordinate with departments and branches to help the Party Committee issue correct policies and guidelines. Regularly monitor, inspect, and urge the implementation of directives, resolutions, and policies issued by the Central Committee and the Party Committee.
Continue to promote administrative reform to continuously improve work efficiency. Streamline the apparatus, improve the quality of staff. Improve the quality and skills of drafting, editing and reviewing documents to help the Party Committee issue decisions that meet practical requirements, so that the Party Committee's decisions can truly come to life. Strictly implement the process of transferring, receiving and processing documents to ensure timeliness, safety and confidentiality.
Step by step modernize the Party Committee office; innovate the working style and manner of cadres; constantly study and improve foreign language and information technology skills to access and use modern working tools, at the same time regularly cultivate, practice, and maintain moral qualities, revolutionary will... ready to fulfill assigned tasks.
Promoting the glorious tradition that generations have worked hard to cultivate, those working in the Party Office today continue to strive to overcome all difficulties to excellently complete their tasks, worthy of the trust and responsibility assigned by the Party Committee and people of the province, contributing to building Nghe An province to develop rapidly and sustainably.
