Typically, Party cells 3 and 5 mobilized 30 - 40 million VND after the extended Party cell meeting to contribute to building new rural infrastructure; many cadres and Party members of Party cells 3, 4, 5 and 8 donated 3 - 5 million VND/person. Typically, from the spring crop of 2016, in hamlets 5, 6, 7, 9, the high-yield sugarcane growing area using mechanized machines supported by Song Lam Sugarcane Joint Stock Company for the people has been implemented with many positive signs. Along with that, the whole commune launched the movement of industrial tea trees to the hills, applying the intensive tea growing method according to VietGAP technology, up to now the total tea business area of ​​the commune has reached over 500 hectares, each year tea products bring tens of billions of VND in revenue to the people. Currently, the commune is on the way to building a traditional craft village for tea production to diversify post-harvest products, contributing to increasing the competitiveness of tea trees in the domestic and export markets.

The commune proactively builds tea nurseries to proactively source new seeds for industrial tea planting every year.
