According to the commune electricity department, there are currently nearly 180 wooden electric poles and hundreds of poor quality concrete poles. On July 28, 3 wooden electric poles at the branch road of Ru hamlet (belonging to Dao Nguyen hamlet) collapsed and broke in half, cutting about 100 meters of wire and killing a buffalo of Mr. Ha Duc Bang's family.

It is known that the people of Nghia Dung commune have repeatedly petitioned the relevant authorities and agencies about the deterioration of the power infrastructure system. Recently (July 3, 2013), at the meeting of the People's Council of the commune, voters of Dong The, Cot Co, Bau, Dinh, Gia De, Dao Nguyen hamlets... continued to petition the People's Committee of the commune to consult with Tan Ky Power Branch to invest in repairing and repairing to ensure electrical safety for the people during the rainy and stormy season, but so far there has been no movement.
