On July 30, the Investigation Police Department of Hoa Binh Province officially announced that the unit had identified a suspect related to the death of a couple with multiple slash wounds on their body and head.

According to information from the Hoa Binh Provincial Police, this is only an initial suspicion, so the police are continuing to actively investigate and clarify.

Previously, in the late afternoon of July 26, people discovered a couple dead at a farm in Than hamlet, Tan Pheo commune, Da Bac district, Hoa Binh province, with many slash marks on their bodies, so they reported it to the authorities.

Immediately after receiving the news, the authorities arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation to clarify the cause of the incident. The victims were identified as Mr. Lo Van T. (58 years old) and his wife, Mrs. Bui Thi D. (54 years old).

Immediately after receiving the information, Hoa Binh Provincial Police directed professional units to protect the scene. Initial investigation of the scene determined that this was a serious crime.
