Identify key content of propaganda work in July and August

On the morning of July 15, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department organized the Provincial Party Committee's July 2021 Reporters' Conference via online connection from the Central Propaganda Department.

The Central bridge was chaired by comrade Phan Xuan Thuy - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department. At the Nghe An bridge, the Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department: Tran Quoc Khanh and Pham Ngoc Canh co-chaired the conference.

The conference listened to comrade Le Hai Binh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for External Information Work, briefly announce the results of the third conference of the Central Executive Committee, term XIII.

The third conference of the Party Central Committee, term XIII, took place from July 5 to July 8 in Hanoi. The conference discussed and gave opinions on important contents such as: The situation and results of the implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development plan, national finance, and medium-term public investment plan for 2016-2020 and the expected 5-year plan for 2021-2025; Working regulations of the Central Committee, Politburo, Secretariat and Working regulations of the Central Inspection Commission, term XIII; Regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter; Regulations on the inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party; On the organizational structure of the State apparatus and the plan to introduce additional personnel to hold a number of leadership positions of State agencies, term XV, term 2021-2026; Election of additional members of the Central Inspection Commission, term XIII; Report on the situation of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control and some other important issues.

The conference completed all the proposed contents and programs; promoted the spirit of democratic centralism and responsibility to contribute many valuable opinions related to the leadership and direction to successfully complete the goals and tasks of socio-economic development; build a clean and strong Party and political system in all aspects, build a socialist rule-of-law State of the people, by the people, for the people; meet the requirements and tasks of the revolution in the new period.

Next, the leader of the Central External Relations Commission informed the topic: "World situation and foreign affairs activities of the Party and State in the first 6 months of the year; forecast of the world situation and directions and key tasks of foreign affairs in the last 6 months of 2021".

Comrade Phan Xuan Thuy - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department oriented some key contents in propaganda work including: Continuing to affirm the significance and role of the 3rd Conference of the Central Executive Committee, 13th tenure and the upcoming 1st session of the 15th National Assembly; Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control work under the synchronous and drastic participation of the entire political system, people and businesses nationwide; Important holidays and anniversaries in July and August.

At Nghe An bridge, comrade Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department oriented the propaganda work in the coming time with 11 key contents. In particular, he emphasized that the team of reporters needs to widely propagate the results of the 3rd Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, and at the same time widely disseminate the Conclusion of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 and Resolution 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021 of the Government on a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Some important contents related to the results of socio-economic development, national defense, security and Party building work in the first 6 months of 2021; the results of the first session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026; the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic and preventing drought, forest fires, drowning... also need to be promptly and accurately conveyed to all classes of people.

In July and August, there are a number of major holidays that need to be promoted, such as: the 74th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2021); the 91st anniversary of the Party's Propaganda Sector's Traditional Day; the 130th anniversary of the birth of comrade Vo Van Tan and the 100th anniversary of the birth of comrade Le Quang Dao - Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
