Verifying the person who destroyed flower pots in Vinh City
(Baonghean.vn) - Early in the morning of February 1, people discovered that many decorative flower pots along Truong Thi Street had been vandalized. Authorities have stepped in to investigate the incident.

After learning about the incident, Vinh City Green Park Joint Stock Company reported it to the authorities. Immediately afterwards, the company’s workers repaired and cleaned up the damaged flower pots and trees, and replaced them with new pots and flowers.

A representative of the Truong Thi Ward Police said that they have identified the person who destroyed the above ornamental plants. The subject was identified as a resident of Xuan Hai Commune, Nghi Xuan District, Ha Tinh Province. This person showed signs of mental abnormality.

On the morning of February 1, the above subject will be handed over to Ha Tinh Provincial Police for handling according to regulations.
