"Building a team of cadres and civil servants to meet new requirements"

(Baonghean) -b's action planà Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016 - 2021 term in constituency No. 1, Vinh City.

I am very honored to be consulted, selected and introduced by voters and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to run for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term; I am determined that in any position, I must always try my best and uphold my sense of responsibility to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

I have participated in many years of mass organization activities, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, and have had practical access to the situation. Currently, as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, I directly work with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to lead the grassroots Party organizations of 57 provincial agencies, departments, branches and central agencies located in the area; advise and propose to the Provincial Party Committee on policies and solutions to lead the implementation of political tasks and Party building. If elected as a delegate of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, I will have the opportunity to pay attention to reflecting, advising, proposing and urging the better implementation of the following issues:

First: Improve the investment, production and business environment to promote investment attraction, create favorable conditions for people to produce and do business to get rich legitimately, and create more job opportunities for city residents, especially young people.

Second: National target program on new rural construction, supporting people in production, business, job creation, hunger eradication, poverty reduction; implementing well policies for people with meritorious services, supporting the poor and people in difficult circumstances.

Third: Current problems related to food safety and hygiene, environmental pollution, land management, medical examination and treatment, education and training, traffic safety and order, urban areas, and social evils.

Fourth: Improve the quality and effectiveness of administrative reform, build a state apparatus and a team of civil servants to meet the requirements of the task. Strengthen discipline and administrative order, raise awareness, responsibility, public ethics, responsibility and quality of service to the people and businesses of the staff; gradually improve working conditions, regimes and policies for commune, ward and block cadres.

Fifth: Implement well the grassroots democracy regulations. Promote the role of the people, the Fatherland Front, and organizations in supervising, criticizing, and contributing ideas to build the Party and State, and in the socio-economic development of Vinh city and the province.

Sixth: As a People's Council delegate, I will regularly meet and listen to voters' opinions, actively research and contribute to the People's Council in deciding important issues of the province and supervising the implementation of the Constitution, laws, policies and resolutions of the People's Council on socio-economic development, culture, national defense and security; spend time going to the field to grasp the practical situation, the people's thoughts and aspirations, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of voters.
