Building an exclusive brand of grilled mackerel in Cua Lo
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 28, the Association of Grilled Mackerel Production and Trading in Cua Lo town held the Congress for the 2015 - 2020 term.
Attending the event were leaders of the Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center, representatives of Vietnamese Craft Villages in Nghe An and leaders of the Town Party Committee and People's Committee of Cua Lo Town.

The Association of Grilled Mackerel Production and Trading in Cua Lo Town currently has 28 members. These are people with a lot of experience in processing and trading grilled mackerel in the coastal tourist town.
The establishment of the association aims to put the processing and trading of grilled mackerel in Cua Lo into order. After its establishment, the association will register the exclusive trademark for grilled mackerel in Cua Lo; at the same time, it will focus on promoting the brand and improving the quality of grilled mackerel in Cua Lo to supply to tourists as well as people inside and outside the town.

At the congress, in addition to focusing on discussing the regulations and directions of operation, the Association also elected the Executive Committee and made a determination to build the grilled mackerel brand of Cua Lo into a truly typical product of the coastal tourist town.
