The accident occurred at 3:30 p.m. on April 6 on National Highway 48, km 3 +050, Hamlet 3, Dien Doai Commune, Dien Chau District.
According to witnesses, at the time, a Nissan pickup truck with license plate 37C 174.12 was traveling on Highway 48 from Thai Hoa to Yen Ly.
