Gasoline tanker causes house fire, 6 people die
After hitting a three-wheeled vehicle on Highway 13 (Binh Phuoc), a gasoline tanker truck drove onto the sidewalk, broke an electric pole, and set many houses on fire.

At around 4:30 a.m. on November 22, a gasoline tanker truck was traveling on Highway 13 from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Long Town (Binh Phuoc). When it reached Hamlet 3, Minh Hung Commune, Chon Thanh District (Binh Phuoc), the truck crashed into a three-wheeled vehicle in front.
The tanker truck continued to drive across the median strip and then onto the sidewalk, collapsing a medium voltage power pole, breaking power lines and overturning. Gasoline spilled onto the highway, causing a terrible fire.
Fire from the tanker truck spread to houses along the road, forcing people who were sleeping to escape. At least 6 people died on the spot, including 4 people from one family. Dozens of others were injured.
At the scene, the tanker truck was burned down, 16 houses along the highway were burned.
