Sleeper bus suddenly caught fire and burned to the frame
A sleeper bus parked near a fishing port in Ha Tinh suddenly caught fire. The fire reduced the bus to its frame after nearly an hour.
At 7:00 p.m. on March 27, the Quang Vinh passenger bus driven by Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hai (49 years old, from Phu Yen) parked near Cua Sot fishing port, Thach Kim commune (Loc Ha district, Ha Tinh) suddenly caught fire.

Upon discovering the incident, people shouted to each other to use water hoses to put out the fire. However, there were many blankets and plastic items on the passenger car, so the fire spread quickly and burned fiercely.
30 minutes later, the Fire Police dispatched 2 fire trucks and dozens of soldiers to the scene to put out the fire. Nearly 1 hour later, the fire was extinguished. However, the car was burned to the frame.

Mr. Dinh Ngoc Hung - Chief of Thach Kim Commune Police said that this passenger bus was running on the Ha Tinh - Saigon route. On the morning of March 27, the bus left the South and parked in Thach Kim Commune to depart on March 28.
"The car was completely burned, estimated damage is up to 800 million VND. We are coordinating with the district police to investigate the cause" - Mr. Hung said.
