Accordingly, at the above time, Mr. Tran Van Hanh, 57 years old, Hamlet 16, Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau District, was driving a Dream motorbike with license plate 37K7 - 2567 on the bridge in Hamlet 9, Dien Truong Commune and crashed into a motorbike with license plate 37Y1 - 1931 driven by Mr. Chu Van Phuoc, 60 years old (living in Hamlet 5 in the same commune), causing both motorbikes to fly far away, and two people were seriously injured.

In particular, Mr. Hanh suffered a very serious brain injury, and two motorbikes were crushed on the bridge.
