At 7:30 p.m. on September 27, on National Highway 46B near Ro intersection, Trung Duc village, Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district, a traffic accident occurred between a car and a motorbike, causing one person to be hospitalized.
According to witnesses, at the above time, Mr. Bui Xuan Tuan (47 years old), residing in Thuong Duc village, Vo Liet commune, was driving a motorbike with license plate 37 V3 - 6918 in the direction of Ro bridge - Thanh Thuy. When he just passed Ro intersection, he collided with a car going in the opposite direction.

The strong collision caused the front wheel of the motorbike to explode like a bomb. People in the area heard the loud noise and rushed out to see. Mr. Tuan was seriously injured in the face and was taken to the emergency room by the garage. The front of the motorbike was crushed, the rim was bent, and many parts were scattered in the middle of the road.
