The accident happened at around 1:00 p.m. on November 4 on Lenin Avenue (Vinh City).
According to the dashcam footage of a car parked on the side of the road, the car with license plate 37A - 468.79 driven by a man was suddenly driving on Lenin Avenue when it lost control.

The car jumped the median strip and hit a tree before coming to a stop. The front of the car was badly damaged. Fortunately, the driver was not injured.
